This Privacy Policy explains how Closer ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), published by Viva Apps Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, handles information when you use the App. We have designed Closer to keep your data on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we do not collect

Closer does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number. We do not include advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking software in the App. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Information stored on your device

The content you create in Closer — including countdown events, titles, dates, emoji, chosen tones, and any photos you select as backgrounds — is stored locally on your device. If you use the Closer widget, this content may also be stored in a shared container on your device so the widget can display it. This information is not transmitted to us and is not uploaded to our servers.

Photos: When you choose a photo as a countdown background, the App accesses your photo library only to let you select that image. The selected image is stored on your device for use in the App and its widgets. We do not upload your photos to any server.

If you delete the App, the data stored on your device is removed. Data may persist in your device backups (for example, iCloud or Finder/iTunes backups) according to your own device settings, which are controlled by you and Apple, not by us.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Closer offers an optional paid upgrade, "Closer+," through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

To manage and verify your purchase and subscription status, we use RevenueCat, a third-party purchase-management service. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat may process transaction information and anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers (such as a device-generated app user ID and Apple-provided purchase receipts) in order to determine whether your Closer+ entitlement is active. We use this only to unlock the features you have paid for.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate the App's paid features (Apple for payment processing and RevenueCat for purchase management), and only to the extent described above, or where required by law.

6. Children's privacy

Closer is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

7. Your rights

Because your content is stored on your device and we do not maintain user accounts, you can remove your data at any time by deleting events within the App or by deleting the App. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information processed on your behalf; to exercise these, contact us using the details below.

8. Data security

We rely on the security features of your device and of Apple's platform to protect data stored locally. While no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information involved in operating the App.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
