By downloading or using QuietFive, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written in plain English.

Using the app

QuietFive is a personal Bible reading companion for iPhone. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app's servers or infrastructure.

Bible text

The King James Version (KJV), American Standard Version (ASV), and World English Bible (WEB) are all in the public domain. The text is provided as-is for personal reading and reference.

Audio narration

Audio narration files are licensed for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may download them for offline use within the app. You may not redistribute, copy, or publish the audio files.

Premium subscriptions

Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are governed by your Apple ID account settings. We do not process payments directly.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• We do not offer refunds — all refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Disclaimer of warranties

QuietFive is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use the app at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viva Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuietFive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Viva Apps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
